ACQ Streaming Investment Thieves & Fraudsters

Do not fall for the false claims of ACQ.

We have confirmed that the claims of being partners with notable music labels, movie studios, and national sporting events are all an attempt to scam investors.

Claims to be partners with major music labels and movie studios without having any actual partnership or affiliation, and posting album covers and movie posters from those labels and studios on their webpage is in violation of several legal principles, including:

  • Copyright Infringement: Posting album covers and movie posters without permission from the copyright holders (usually the labels and studios) is a clear violation of copyright law.

  • Trademark Infringement: Using the logos or names of the labels and studios without permission could also be a violation of trademark law.

  • False Advertising and Misrepresentation: Claiming to be partners with these companies when it's not true could be considered false advertising or misrepresentation, especially if it's done to deceive or mislead consumers or potential business partners.

  • Fraud: If the false claims are made to obtain money or other benefits, it could even be considered fraud.
